Need to send something back? Start here. Sign in with the email used at checkout, open your order, and submit a return request for eligible items through Shopify customer accounts.
A simple return flow for UK customers. If your item arrived faulty or incorrect, include photos in your email so we can resolve it quickly.
Make sure the item is within the 7-day return window and has not been worn or used.
Open your Shopify customer account, choose the order, and select Return items if the order is eligible.
Return items in their original packaging. Please do not use the shoebox as the outer shipping box.
Use a tracked courier and email the tracking number to us once the parcel has been posted.
Once received, we inspect the item and process the refund if it meets the return conditions.
Courier note: please do not return parcels using Evri. Returns sent via Evri may not be processed for refund under our current return policy.
These checks protect both the customer and our stock quality standards.
Items must be unworn, unused, clean, and returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories where applicable.
If the item is no longer wanted or the size does not fit, the customer is responsible for return postage.
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty, contact us with photos and postage proof so we can review the return postage cost.

You must request and send your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty or incorrect.
Your refund is processed after the returned parcel has been received and the item has passed our condition check. Refund timing may also depend on your payment provider.
For the fastest result, return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or product. The refund for the original order is handled separately.
